Who gave you permission to call this yoga!!

There are a lot of crazies out there and yoga seems to attract them. The Sanskrit word yoga has the literal meaning of "yoke", from a root yuj meaning to join, to unite, or to attach. It is used as a blanket term to describe a wide variety of movement with breath. Maaaaybe you could get away with calling it "baby acro-yoga on acid", but really this is not doing Yoga, Russia or that baby any favors.
